Express Delivery: Next Business Day
Next-day delivery is available for urgent orders at a cost of SGD 10 for all orders. Please make your order before 11am (our warehouse is closed on Weekends and Public Holidays).

When will my Play Kits ship?
The First Play Kit will be shipped within 2 business days. The subsequent Play Kit(s) will ship on a delivery schedule based on the birth month entered at the time you subscribe. It will be shipped a week before your child has almost aged into the Play Kit age range.
i.e. If you child's birth date is January 2022, we will ship according to the following schedule:
- 0-12 weeks: Ship immediately after payment
- 3-4 months: Ship in the last week of March 2022
If you would like us to ship the Play Kit earlier, please indicate in the Order Note after adding to cart.
Can I change my delivery schedule?
You can always adjust your delivery schedule by contacting us.
Are there any restricted zones in Singapore that you do not deliver to?
We don't deliver to P.O. boxes, army camps, hotels, and most of the islands in Singapore because your delivery requires a signature upon receipt. Gotta make sure your parcel only lands in the right hands!
What happens if I miss my delivery?
After 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts, your parcel will be returned to us. Additional redelivery fees of SGD 10 will apply.
How do I change my delivery information?
You can amend your shipping address by using our online "Manage Subscription" tool. Log into your My Account page, and click on "Manage Subscriptions" button, followed by the "Shipping Addresses" tab.
However, once an order has been shipped out, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
