Our Cancellation Policy

We hate to see you go, but you can always contact us or email us at contact@helloplaykit.com to cancel your subscription.

Alternatively, you can also cancel a box subscription anytime after the first box ships by using our online "Manage Subscription" tool. Auto-renewing prepaid subscriptions are only eligible for cancellation after the initial prepaid term has been completed.

To cancel, log into your My Account page, and click the "Manage Subscriptions" tab. Click "Subscription" on the banner, and click on your "Active Subscriptions", scroll down and then click “Cancel Subscription".

How do I exchange a product?

We do our best to curate Montessori inspired toys that are surely interesting for your little one’s developmental stage. We trust that each box is of the highest value and quality. If you have received a defective product, email us at contact@helloplaykit.com and we’ll find ways to keep you happy with our service.

Please note refunds and returns are accepted on a case by case basis at Hello Play Kit's discretion.
